Customers are advised to ensure correct and complete
shipping particulars (including full name of recipient, full shipping address, contactable
telephone number and a valid email address) are provided and someone will be
available at the shipping address to receive the item/s during the day (usually working /
office hours). NaturaWorks shall not be
responsible for any delivery delay or non-delivery as a result of the provision
of inaccurate (or lack of sufficient) shipping information, or a telephone
number that the shipping agent cannot use to contact the recipient (e.g. due to
call screening/ blocking), and as a result of no one at the shipping address to
receive the item/s.
Within Singapore
You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days. There is no delivery charge for purchases of S$50 and above. There will be a delivery charge of S$5 for orders below $50. We accept cash on delivery. You can also pay by VISA, MASTER, AMEX or DISCOVER via
Paypal.
Outside Singapore
Estimated delivery time for destinations in Asia and territories in the Pacific is 5-10 working days while that for destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and America is 6-12 working days. Delivery time may be longer due to customs inspection
and clearance, and during festive periods.
Shipping cost (by air) for orders up to 5 kg is calculated upon checkout. If you prefer to use a more economical mode of shipping for bulk order, please email us (orders@naturaworks.com) the
products you are interested in. We will provide you an alternative shipping mode and cost for your consideration.
We may flatten
the exterior packaging of the products to meet the shipping dimension
specification.
We accept payment by VISA, MASTER, AMEX or DISCOVER via
Paypal. Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your item/s 5 working days
after the expected date of delivery which we have advised you, please
